Terry Therien, Director of Music

Terry Therien has been the Director of Music at St. Mark’s since December 2021.   We are blessed that she has chosen to share her gifts with us and our choir.   Terry is a professional musician who enjoys directing music, performing and teaching.   She has a Performer’s ARCT from the Royal Conservatory in piano and voice.   Terry lives in Orillia where she has a thriving teaching studio with students studying voice and piano.
Lori Metcalfe, Clerk of Session

​Lori Metcalfe has been the Clerk of Session at St Mark’s since July 2024. The role of Clerk is to represent the congregation, working in partnership with the minister and other elders. With a background in social work and community health in the Toronto area, she spent a career in service to others. Lori joined St Mark’s in 2013 after her retirement and subsequent move to Oro Medonte.    Lori shares:  “Walking into St Mark’s for the first time felt like a warm hug. I never felt like an outsider - it is a welcoming and caring congregation.”
